What to expect
Brittany holiday cottage TyCoz was built as part of a farm in 1702 (at the time when Louis XIV reigned, Johann Sebastian Bach composed and Isaac Newton theorised). Its charm lies in its unique character and sound structure both without and within. It is ideally situated in the countryside and near the sea, in an area which is not heavily frequented by tourists, with a wealth of attractions and surroundings which have fascinating character.
The holiday cottage has been exceptionally furnished and will mainly appeal to those visitors who prefer individual, old charm and attention to detail, compared to standard holiday cottage furnishings and fittings.
In front of the holiday cottage, stretching out in a southerly direction is a large, plant-filled garden, framed on one side by the old farm in the background and on the other side by fields. In this way, the layout of this approximately 1000 m² property ideally complements the flair of the old stone house.
Anyone who wishes to have an individual, nature-loving, independent holiday, including the immediate proximity to the coast, is well provided for here.
